Took forever to get a car out if Chicago I think the agent had to read every word of the contract to herself three times before she asked for help. Was in line with 8 people it only took me 45 minutes I can only hope that the last person got out before dark. Also thought I was going to be picked up at the Chicago airport. Paid 50 bucks to go to their office. Understand a off site office but still needs better understanding of services. By the way dropped the car off in grand rapids out of there faster than it took me to get a car seat out. Great service

Whenever I fly into O'Hare airport in Chicago I used Enterprise. It's easy and quick to get there from O'Hare. Just take the CTA train one stop ($3)to Rosemont station, then call Enterprise to pick you up. The price is way better than airport rentals and the people at Enterprise are friendly, professional, and do their job well. I've rented there 7 times and have always had a good experience.
