My driver didn't tell me where I go when I return so I had to call (my only criticism), but now that I know it's not too rough. Basically look for the shuttle pickups, which is not where car arrivals are, it's a little farther of a walk but the signs are pretty straightforward and once you're there they pick you up close to door 1, but definitely ask when you get dropped off in case they forget to mention and if you're a beginner like me. I didn't have to wait at all though, it was there right away.
As soon as I got to the ground floor there was a shuttle so I didn't get to take advantage of all the neat offerings but there was a fridge and coffee maker and bathroom, all helpful for departure or return too. The drive to the airport is not that quick maybe 10ish minutes (shorter in less traffic) so definitely allow for the time but it's a stress free drive and they ask you which airline you're departing from so they drop you closer to your gate.
I use PreFlight frequently and they offer great service. There was once that I need to reprint the receipt so I called the office then emailed them my info. They quickly found my receipt and emailed back to me. Very helpful! Usually if I arrive late at Ohare to pick up my car I would call them and they usually come get me within 5 min. I will keep parking there until I move out of Chicago!
I bought the level 2-3 floor, and they are not kidding, it gets packed and I could only park on level 3 but still near the elevator which was convenient.
These are good people. They are always running their vans to get people to/from the airport. They only take 15 minutes. My car (parked there 30+ times) has always been safe. The coat can be a bit much, but it's way better than the valet places that are around the same place.
Decided to use this airport parking garage since our other garage was full. On this visit the employee at the enterance of the garage was handing out free upgrades to a lower deck. This garage is new and well lit. In the lobby is a video monitor which shows the location of their shuttles which was helpful. There was free bottled water and coffee during our visit. The employees were eager to assist with answering questions and getting us on our way. This parking garage is a little further from the airport but we will use them again due to the good service and new building.
Overall again it was pretty seamless and I would use again.

First-when you drive up have your email handy to scan in the garage, and you continue to scan on each level as you go up or down so I just left the confirmation in my car for easy exiting.
This was our first stay. This is a great way to park and fly. Our fight was in the afternoon, so we tried they over the hotel stay and fly. They had shuttles waiting before we headed to airport. On our return they had shuttles waiting to wait out of the rain while waiting for others. They had hit coffee machine, cool water bottles, and restroom at the drop off center before heading to your car. This was a good bet. Will ride with them again.
